Hi, I’m Lexy.

I am the owner and lead acupuncture and herbalist at Kokoro Wellness, I have over 8 years of experience in body work, movement therapy, nutrition and caring for patients in various stages of life and modalities.

I have recently returned from my schooling in East Asian medicine studies, specifically Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal medicine. I am so is excited to bring my expertise and new framework for health to Fayetteville and all of Northwest Arkansas. While I am opening my clinic Kokoro Wellness in the heart of Fayetteville, AR I am also finishing up my Doctorate in Chinese Herbal Medicine and Acupuncture at Yo San University in LA.

I am also a long time CrossFit”er” and L2 coach and I really enjoy teaching people how to move and become their best selves. I am a believer that the mind, body and spirit should not be separated but must be integrated for healing facilitation to be optimal.

Willa Mae the clinic pup is 6 years old, and she also has her master’s in Chinese herbal medicine and acupuncture. She is full of sass and loves to cuddle and thinks petting her is the ultimate reason people come to KW. ;)

My Approach

What began as a helping fellow athletes out in the back of HogWild CrossFit in 2016 (with many twists and turns since then) turned into a full blown profession and passion. Through this whole journey, has been driven by faith every step of the way. I believe that through divine appointment I have been met with such opportunity and each person that I have gotten to learn from and be a part of their journey has been such an honor.

I am proud of where we’ve I have been and even more excited for what’s ahead. Medicine to me, is the journey of the practitioner and patient together to grow and embark on a healing path. I am here to facilitate healing on your journey to whole health; mind, body and spirit.

My goal as your practitioner is to teach you how to be a more integrated person, in TCM (traditional Chinese medicine) the belief is that when we find balance we find healing.

I look forward to growing in healing together. Mind, body and Spirit. After all, “Kokoro” means to merge the mind, body and spirit into action.

See you soon ✨
